Florence writes and edits personal finance content for money.co.uk, including savings accounts, investments, pensions and various types of insurance. Florence is also the car insurance spokesperson, helping motorists drive safely on the roads.
Florence started her career as an editor for a youth media organisation, Exposure, where she spent 10 years training and developing young people in journalism, graphic design and video work.
Moving on from Exposure, Florence became an editor for AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) where she supported the delivery of AAT’s member and student magazines.
She also produced articles for AAT’s blog (AAT Comment) featuring business and finance news, career advice, study tips, and thought leadership guides.

Men are more likely to be offered shares in the company they work for than females, a new survey suggests. Analysis by law firm Boodle Hatfield of more than 30,000 instances when tax-advantaged share options were offered, showed 69% went to men and only 31% to women.
